Sembodai R.V. Arts & Science College (SRVAC) was established with the vision of empowering rural students through higher education and skill-oriented learning. Located in the serene environment of Sembodai near Vedaraniam, the college provides an ideal atmosphere for academic excellence and personality development.

The institution offers a wide range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management studies. History of the Institution

The Rukmani Ammal Educational Trust was founded in the year 1994 under the leadership of Philanthropist Rtn. Dr. R. Varatharajan, M.Com., M.Ed., D.Lit., with the noble objective of serving the educational needs of poor and socially disadvantaged communities. The trust has played a significant role in promoting educational development in rural areas through various educational institutions.

Sembodai R.V. Arts & Science College was established in the year 2020 as a milestone initiative of the trust to provide quality higher education to students from rural and economically weaker backgrounds. Since its inception, the institution has focused on academic excellence, discipline, social responsibility, and holistic student development.
